This serviced office suite is made up of two adjoining Rooms, 6 and 7 and benefits from its very own kitchen area. With 450 Sq Ft of space you’ll be able to sit 8-10 people across the two rooms. Plus, you’ll usually find Antrobus House support staff (a.k.a. Mike & Debi), on site and to hand to help assist you with any issues, or to provide business support services, such as printing and photocopying too.
Please note, we are currently awaiting the opportunity to get some up-to-date photos and videos of this suite, so in the meantime you can view the floor plan and some images from the archives to give you an idea.
As part of your licence agreement we provide:
- A mailbox for incoming mail and registered office address service.
- 24-hour access.
- Personal door entry system.
- Business utilities (water, gas, electricity).
- Furnished or unfurnished! (You can choose from our selection of furniture).
- Secure postal locker for incoming mail.
- Cleaning x3 times per week.
- Secure shredding facilities.
- Kitchen facilities (including boiling water dispenser, tea, coffee & milk).
- Chilled filtered water machines.
- Mail collection point for outgoing mail.
- Bike rack.

- Car park spaces, subject to availability at £75+VAT per month. (Please note that public car parks, at reasonable prices, are also available within a minute’s walk of the building).
- Business rates, sometimes referred to as commercial rates, are required if your business has more than one office and are subject to an additional fee.
Plus remember we’re dog friendly at Antrobus House, and so long as your furry friend is well behaved, they’re welcome to join you in your office too!
